This Credits Policy explains how Ride Hermes digital credits work. Credits are offered by Burs Labs, LLC for use within Ride Hermes and are not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, or cash equivalents.
Credits are a limited digital-use balance that may be purchased or otherwise granted for use within Ride Hermes. Credits may be used for eligible in-app digital items, bundles, or features that we make available from time to time.
Credits are personal to the applicable Ride Hermes account. Credits may not be transferred, sold, assigned, traded, or exchanged between users unless we expressly enable a transfer feature in writing.
Credit packs may be purchased through supported billing channels, including Stripe for web purchases and app-store purchase systems where available. Available prices, pack sizes, and purchase flows may change over time.
When you spend credits on a digital item, bundle, or feature, the transaction is generally final once the purchase is successfully completed and delivered, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Credits are used to obtain a limited right to use eligible Ride Hermes digital items or features within the service. Those items are licensed, not sold, and may remain subject to account restrictions, service changes, or removal where legally permitted.
As of the date listed above, Ride Hermes credits do not automatically expire solely because of the passage of time. We may change this policy prospectively if we update the published Credits Policy.
If a payment for credits is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, we may remove the corresponding credits, reverse related transactions, or limit affected purchases and account access as reasonably necessary to protect the service.
If credits purchased through a refunded or reversed transaction were already spent, we may reduce your remaining balance, revoke related benefits where appropriate, or otherwise adjust the account to reflect the invalid payment.
If your account is suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service, access to credits and digital items may be limited or revoked to the extent permitted by law.
