Hampstead Heath circuit from home

my shake of the day ride. 1.5 miles to heath extension, up through sandy heath, down Spaniard towards whitestone pond cut in to heath through forest out on to carnage drive anticlockwise circuit around bale of health over viaduct right toes mixed ponds it back up to centre area. along fast path snake back towards parliament hill cut out to edge and down steep hill to Gospel Oak past kids park and running track pass cafe right along trail pass dog pond up to and around boating pond back up to Druids hill. right up to mid area and fast trail down to woman’s pond left up to kenwood house secret trail to dairy through forest out of mains ground back up to Spainards way and down through sandy heath access heath extension Hampstead way to Willifield to Finchley Road and home
