Description
This is a quick loop you can run on the long flow trail. You will have to cross the grass to get back to the start if you want to loop it.

Start of Ridge Runner/ flow trail
End Point
End is kinda hard to find but if you look right it is close to where you start ridge runner and you can ride across trails to get to the start to loop it again.
