Duck and Twist Loop

Small loop behind a disc golf course, starts out flowy and easy but gets technical by the end. It’s not much, I wouldn’t come out unless you’re in the area already. I have it on here for personal practice

At the back of the frisbee park, there is a bridge which leads to the trail
