Description
Super fun, downhill and flowy/ with a bit of tehc.Powell Butte is fairly busy with pedestrians during peak times, making it difficult to race, so remember to take it easy during busy hours and yeild to the other traffic so we aren't hated here! See these times more as "casual" race runs!
