THIS IS THE GNAR. Be careful here. It's wicked! The drop in that comes to a 90 is the start of the crazy and then its all down hill pretty much for the rest. There are a couple climbs but not many. One place you have to lift your board over a ledge but you only have to touch your board there. All else is continuous. Lots of roots (but ways around them) and some chunk. Technical single track in certain areas but fast and flowy single track in others. This is that true OG backwoods GNAR we have here in VA. Watch out for bikers and hikers. It is a bidirectional trail but this segment is directional.
Start Point
The wooden erosion retaining beam before the drop in then the trail bends right not straight after the drop in.
End Point
10 ft before the woods.
Directions from Parking to Trail
Go through the opening in the fence and look to the right for the wood retaining beam.
