The trail starts with a flowy downhill with minimal roots. When you reach the bottom of the hill, the trail takes a sharp right turn up a switchback that leads to a chonky middle section that follows the top of a ridge. There's a quick downhill, a log over, and onward to the next section which consists of twisty-rooty up-and-down terrain with a bigger log-over close to the finish.
CAUTION: This is a two-way trail! Keep a lookout for hikers and bikers, especially toward the end where sight-lines are very poor. Be courteous and yield to all bikers, if possible.
