Start Point
It’s the head of the only one-way trail at Lake Crabtree. It’s found if you leave the pump track to the right and head toward the big jumps. Turn left at the big jumps and the entrance to the Flow Trail isn’t far.
End Point
You’ll cross over a small wooden bridge and the trail will end soon.
Directions from Parking to Trail
Head around the northeast portion of the lake and up the concrete drain to the left. Keep snaking your way westward until you reach the yellow and/or orange connector trails. Take those to the pump track and then read the start description
